I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Soundfreaq. I received a Soundfreaq Sound Spot to facilitate my review.

Finding a gift my husband will LOVE is very difficult.  Granted, he’s very sweet when he gets any gift but I can tell when he truly loves a gift and when he doesn’t.  Because I like to see his face light up I search and search for the perfect gift.  Every Christmas he asks for a new CD.  This year it was The Avett Brothers, before that it was She & Him, and the year before that it was The Old 97s.  This year it dawned on me to get him something to help amplify his latest playlist – a speaker!  He’s always listening to music from his iPad in the morning while getting ready, while doing odds and ends around the house, and while cooking {yes, he cooks, he’s amazing!}.

When the Soundfreaq speakers arrived I couldn’t help but give him this gift early.  I was so excited that I didn’t bother to wrap them.  As soon as he came home I presented him with the box it was shipped in and said, “Merry Christmas” with my biggest smile.  I held my breath as he opened the packages and briefly read over the instructions before trying out the Bluetooth technology for himself.  After fiddling for a few minutes, his face lit up and I let out a deep sigh.  He liked it!!

We played music all evening and I have to tell you that the clarity of the speakers is pretty amazing!  I’m not a speaker/tech person so I didn’t think I could tell a difference at all.  I just thought it would be louder but, for lack of a better word, it was a lot better.

When I came home the next day I found Mike grilling outside with his new Bluetooth speakers hooked together {for even better amplification}.  He loves them and I’m so happy to have found a gift that he likes!   Recently, we listened to one of Pandora’s many Christmas channels while decorating our Christmas tree.  I thought it was great that we could have our own Christmas channel playing loudly in our living room as opposed to a quite iPad or a radio with obnoxious songs and commercials.  It was lovely.

We have these speakers nestled on each side of our TV at the moment but we haven’t decided where to keep them permanently.  We’re thinking one for the bedroom and one for the living room but nothing is certain yet.  Speaking of where we would put them, don’t they look good?  Come on,  you notice things like that too, right?  They have a sleek symmetric design that allows them to blend into any home’s decor.  The black is classy and the wooden/white one is more modern.  I’m glad I have one of each because I can’t decide which one I like the best.

We’ve boasted of these speakers so much that a few of our friends are looking into purchasing them.  They really are fabulous!  If you or someone you know could benefit from a no fuss wireless speaker system, look no further than Soundfreaq!
